Storage King Marsden Park recently enjoyed their first birthday and we were happy to celebrate with them. Located in north western Sydney’s growth corridor, the store is situated in the busy Sydney Business Park. It’s been an eventful year to say the least, from dealing with neighbouring developments to  Covid -19, and  the Pioneer Performance team have done an outstanding job getting to know and serve their community. We have proudly managed the facility since the commencement of trading in mid march 2019. The stores great results are a reflection of  Peter and Sarah’s (pictured) efforts with local marketing, community involvement, customer service and consistent sales skills. They have already achieved an occupancy of 32%!. Pioneer Performance is  looking forward to another year supporting Marsden Park and surrounding areas. Congratulations to our incredible team.
